Hey there! At Aura, we want you to be super stoked about your purchase. If for any reason you're not totally feeling it, we offer an exchange policy that makes it easy for you to find the perfect piece.
Eligibility: You can exchange any product within 7 days of delivery, as long as it's in its original condition, unworn, and still has all the original tags and packaging.
Exchange Process: To get your exchange started, just hit us up via email on shopaurastudio@gmail.com or phone at 8130332964. Our squad will guide you through the process and hook you up with the instructions and address for the return. Once we get the item back and verify that it's all good, we'll process your exchange within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Options: You can switch out your product for a different item of equal value. Keep in mind that shipping fees will be additionally charged for the new item.
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, hit us up ASAP! We'll either replace the item or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
