Refund & Exchange Policy
At Aura, we want to make sure our customers receive their orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We offer the option to exchange your purchase within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition, unworn, and includes all original tags and packaging. If you happen to receive a damaged product, we kindly request you to share an unboxing video to help expedite the exchange process.

Our team will assist you every step of the way, providing you with instructions and the return address. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange within 7-10 business days.
You have the flexibility to exchange your product for a different item of equal value. Please note that shipping fees will apply for the new item. If the new item has a higher value, you will be required to pay the remaining amount.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly arrange an exchange within 7-10 days. Pls note that an unboxing video is necessary to avail the exchange.
Returns and refunds are not applicable. We only offer exchange within 7 days of purchase.
