No, we do not offer repairs. If the product’s plating or color fades within the two-year warranty period, we will provide you with a new product.

What isn't covered by the warranty?

Everyday wear and tear, third-party repairs/alterations/resizing, loss of crystal or stone from the jewelry, accidental damage, loss or theft of the jewelry, surface damages like dents and scratches, and damage caused by improper use or care of the jewelry.
